Kobe Newton led the charge for Wyoming, contributing 18 points, while Obi Agbim sank a crucial 3-pointer just as regulation came to a close, leveling the score at 67-67 and forcing extra play.
During overtime, the Cowboys pulled ahead, outscoring the Bulldogs by a commanding 16-5 margin.
