Jasin Sinani contributed significantly to Campbell’s victory over Green Bay, scoring 22 points in a 72-66 triumph on Saturday.
Sinani also grabbed eight rebounds, showcasing his all-around performance for the Fighting Camels, who now hold a record of 4-4.
Cameron Gregory added 11 points to the scoreboard for Campbell, shooting 4 for 9 overall, including 1 for 4 from three-point territory, and he also secured seven rebounds.
Colby Duggan matched Gregory’s output with 11 points, converting 4 of 8 shots from the field, including a strong performance from beyond the arc with 3 out of 6 successful attempts.
For Green Bay, Anthony Roy stood out as the leading scorer with 20 points, complemented by nine rebounds and two steals.
Teammate Marcus Hall contributed 13 points in an effort to rally his team, but the Phoenix, now at 2-6 in the season, could not close the gap.
Campbell took control of the game early, leading 33-27 as they went into halftime.
Sinani’s 12 first-half points helped establish that advantage.
The Fighting Camels then surged in the second half, launching an impressive 18-0 run to extend their lead to 51-31 just over six minutes into the period.
Sinani continued to excel, scoring an additional 10 points in the second half to solidify Campbell’s victory.
