MOBILE, Ala. — In an exciting encounter on Wednesday night, the Incarnate Word Cardinals triumphed over the Western Illinois Leathernecks with a score of 86-75. This notable victory was driven by an outstanding performance from Davion Bailey, who scored an impressive 23 points for the Cardinals.

Bailey was efficient on the court, hitting 8 of 15 attempts, and notably excelled from three-point range, sinking 6 of 12 shots. Alongside him, Jalin Anderson contributed significantly with 18 points and dished out eight assists, showing great playmaking skills. Dylan Hayman also made a strong impact, finishing the game with 17 points.

On the other side of the court, the Leathernecks had their own standout players. Marko Maletic led the team with 23 points, showcasing his scoring ability.
