Prior to that, Dunn had already brought the Bulls within a point by hitting a 3-pointer with 17 seconds remaining. Although Jahnathan Lamothe of N.C. A&T found himself at the foul line, he missed the first attempt of a 1-and-1 situation. This error allowed Noah Batchelor to grab the rebound, setting the stage for Dunn’s decisive free throw performance.
