AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo. — In a gripping contest on Tuesday evening, Nick Davidson played a pivotal role in Nevada’s 74-60 victory over Air Force, scoring 23 of his total 25 points in a commanding second half.

Davidson also contributed significantly with five rebounds for the Wolf Pack, who improved their record to 13 wins and 10 losses, including 5-7 in the Mountain West Conference. Kobe Sanders showcased an impressive performance as well, netting 21 points with efficient shooting — going 7 for 10 overall, 2 for 4 from beyond the arc, and 5 for 6 from the free-throw line. He further strengthened his contribution with three steals. Xavier Dusell added to the scoring with 11 points, hitting 4 of 8 attempts and successfully sinking 3 of 6 from three-point territory.

On the other side, the Falcons (3-20, 0-12) were led by Ethan Taylor, who managed to score 15 points and grab six rebounds. Wesley Celichowski supported the effort with 13 points, while Luke Kearney chipped in with 11 points and accounted for two steals. This marked the 13th consecutive defeat for Air Force, underscoring their struggles this season.

Sanders’ contributions in the first half were crucial, as he led Nevada with 11 points, allowing the team to edge ahead with a slight 30-28 lead at halftime.

Looking ahead, Nevada will face a home matchup against Fresno State on Monday. Meanwhile, Air Force is set to host New Mexico this Saturday.
