In Cheney, Washington, Isaiah Hawthorne delivered an impressive performance, scoring 32 points, as Northern Colorado edged out Eastern Washington with a final score of 67-62 on Saturday evening.

Hawthorne’s contribution didn’t stop at just points; he also secured seven rebounds for the Bears, who now hold a record of 15-6 overall and 7-1 in the Big Sky Conference. Langston Reynolds was another key player, adding 17 points to the scoreboard with a shooting performance of 5 of 9 and successfully converting 7 of his 10 free-throw attempts. Brock Wisne rounded out the scoring for the Bears with seven points, shooting 3 of 5 from the field.

On the other side of the court, Nic McClain led the Eagles with 16 points, making notable contributions to his team’s effort.
