TAMPA, Fla. — In an exciting matchup on Wednesday night, UAB secured a 92-83 win over South Florida, propelled by an impressive performance from Christian Coleman, who contributed 21 points to the team’s score.
Coleman’s strong presence on the court was further highlighted by his nine rebounds, playing a key role in the Blazers’ victory. Alongside Coleman, Tony Toney made a notable impact, scoring 18 points efficiently with a shooting rate of 70%, including four successful three-pointers out of six attempts.
Additionally, Efrem Johnson added 14 points to the team’s tally, shooting 5 for 8 from the field while also hitting two out of three from beyond the arc, and he contributed six rebounds during the game.
On the other side, the Bulls were led by Jayden Reid, who delivered an impressive 26-point performance and provided four assists. Jamille Reynolds and Jimmie Williams each supported the team with 13 points, contributing to a competitive offensive effort.
