Things seemed to be going well for JLo following her split from Ben Affleck.
She was enjoying her single life, and her new film Unstoppable, in which she plays a single mother, was set to premiere last week.
The film has been praised by critics, but its big Hollywood debut was postponed due to the devastating wildfires in Los Angeles.
Focusing on Community Support
The 55-year-old superstar has also canceled additional appearances, citing a desire to focus on helping the Los Angeles community during this challenging time.
A source told People magazine, “She feels it’s important to support the community during such a difficult period.”
Several high-profile appearances, including one on the Today Show, were planned but have now been put on hold.
Instead, Lopez is dedicating her time to helping those affected by the fires. By doing so, she joins other celebrities like Beyoncé and Meghan Markle, who have also pledged their support to the hundreds of thousands impacted by the disaster.
