While celebrity endorsements may not be the most crucial part of a U.S. election, they are certainly among the most glamorous. Stars and celebrities are rallying behind the leading candidates with appearances, public statements, and petitions.

Kamala Harris’s Star-Studded Support

Democratic candidate Kamala Harris has an impressive lineup of star supporters. Some of the biggest names in entertainment are on her side, adding substantial “star power” to her campaign:

  • Beyoncé (43) will be joining Harris on stage Friday night in Houston, Texas. Harris’s team has even adopted Beyoncé’s hit song Freedom as their campaign anthem.

  • Bruce Springsteen (75), the rock legend, recently played in Atlanta in support of Harris and called Trump a “threat to democracy.”
  • Eminem (52), also known as Marshall Mathers, has been spotted alongside former President Barack Obama (63), who is actively campaigning for Harris.

Other big-name musicians backing Harris include Willie Nelson (91), Lizzo (36), Usher (46), and Billie Eilish (22).

Hollywood Joins Team Harris

Harris also has the support of many Hollywood icons, adding further weight to her campaign. The list includes Sarah Jessica Parker (59), George Clooney (63), Barbra Streisand (82), Kerry Washington (47), Ben Stiller (58), Matt Damon (54), Jennifer Aniston (55), and Jennifer Lawrence (34).

Trump’s Celebrity Backing: A Smaller but Loyal Crew

If the U.S. election were a celebrity contest, Trump might be at a disadvantage, as his list of celebrity endorsements is shorter. However, his supporters are dedicated:

  • Mel Gibson (68), star of Lethal Weapon, recently attacked Harris, comparing her intelligence unfavorably.

  • Dennis Quaid (70), known for The Day After Tomorrow, took to the campaign trail for Trump, criticizing the justice system’s politicization against him.
  • Kid Rock (53) remains one of Trump’s most vocal fans, energizing the crowd at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee.
  • Jon Voight (85), father of Angelina Jolie, has long been one of Hollywood’s loudest Trump supporters. He recently condemned the Biden administration’s stance on the Middle East conflict.

  • Hulk Hogan (71) famously tore his shirt onstage at the Republican convention, hailing Trump as a hero for his stance following a July shooting incident.

Other musicians such as Amber Rose (61), Chris Janson (56), and Jason Aldean (47) have also shown their support for Trump.

Election Day: Voters Have the Final Say

Of course, it won’t be the celebrity endorsements that decide the election on November 5—it will be the voters. And according to recent polls, Trump has been gaining ground.
