MILWAUKEE — In a thrilling contest on Sunday night, Josh Omojafo’s contribution of 15 points led Robert Morris to a narrow victory over Milwaukee with a final score of 81-79.
Omojafo boasted an impressive shooting performance, hitting 4 of 7 from the field and converting 5 of 6 from the free-throw line for the Colonials, who now hold a record of 13-7 overall and 5-4 in the Horizon League. Teammate Kam Woods also made a significant impact, scoring 15 points on 5 of 17 shooting, including 4 of 7 from 3-point range, while dishing out eight assists. Additionally, Alvaro Folgueiras contributed 13 points by shooting 5 of 11 from the field, although he struggled from beyond the arc, missing all four of his 3-point attempts. Folgueiras, however, made up for it with strong all-around play, grabbing five rebounds, recording six assists, and stealing the ball three times.
On the opposing side, Jamichael Stillwell had an impressive night for the Panthers, scoring 26 points along with seven rebounds and two steals. Milwaukee’s Erik Pratt and Themus Fulks each added 13 points to the scoreboard, with Fulks also providing five assists in the effort.
