ATHENS, Ohio — In a dominant performance, the Ohio Bobcats triumphed over the Muskingum Fighting Muskies with a commanding score of 103-52 on Monday night.
AJ Clayton led the charge for Ohio, contributing 13 points and grabbing six rebounds. His efforts helped the Bobcats improve their season record to 6-6. Shereef Mitchell also impressed, scoring 12 points with an efficient shooting performance, hitting 5 out of 6 attempts from the field. Victor Searls matched Mitchell’s scoring output, completing the game with 12 points as well, converting 6 of his 7 shots.
On the other side, Duane Davis was a bright spot for Muskingum, finishing the night with 15 points and adding three steals to his stat line. Ethan Taylor contributed eight points for the Fighting Muskies, while Owen Emig chipped in with five points of his own.
Looking ahead, the Ohio Bobcats will prepare for their next challenge as they travel to take on Central Michigan this coming Saturday.
