BALTIMORE — The Baltimore Orioles are planning to revise their left field wall once more at Camden Yards.
Before the 2022 season, the organization had adjusted the wall by pushing it back and increasing its height significantly.
In a statement made on Friday, general manager Mike Elias acknowledged that this modification may have been an “overcorrection” and indicated a desire to strike a more favorable balance before the upcoming 2025 season.
The team also shared a visualization of the proposed alterations, which depict the wall being moved in closer, especially at the left-center field area adjacent to the bullpens.
Additionally, the height of the wall will be decreased in this redesign.
These changes reflect the Orioles’ ongoing investment in their home stadium and commitment to enhancing the overall experience for players and fans alike.
Such adjustments are viewed as essential for both gameplay dynamics and spectator enjoyment at the ballpark.
