JONESBORO, Ark.
— In an impressive display of skill, Dyondre Dominguez led the Arkansas State Red Wolves to a convincing 95-70 victory over UL Monroe on Saturday, contributing 20 points to the team’s success.
Dominguez was exceptional, hitting 7 of his 11 shots from the field, including 4 out of 6 from beyond the arc. Other highlights for the Red Wolves included Izaiyah Nelson, who achieved a remarkable 18 points and secured 10 rebounds while shooting 9 of 11. Both Derrian Ford and Taryn Todd also made significant contributions by scoring 14 points each.
On the opposing side, the Warhawks struggled to keep pace despite a strong effort from Makai Willis, who was their standout performer with 21 points and eight rebounds. Jalen Bolden added 16 points and six rebounds for UL Monroe, while Coltie Young chipped in with 14 points.
