Moscow, Idaho — In an exhilarating matchup on Thursday evening, Kolton Mitchell delivered a thrilling finale with a buzzer-beating 3-pointer, leading the Idaho Vandals to a narrow 77-76 victory over Northern Colorado.

Mitchell showcased his skills by receiving the inbounds pass with only 3.7 seconds on the clock. He skillfully dribbled up the court, then maneuvered to the left, eluding a defender before releasing an off-balance shot that found nothing but net as time expired.

In addition to his game-winning shot, Mitchell contributed significantly on defense, achieving three steals during the contest. His teammates also made notable contributions; Tyler Linhardt added 17 points, exhibiting an efficient shooting performance by hitting 5 of 8 attempts from the field and converting 7 of 9 free throws.
