This win improved the Great Danes’ record to 10-10 overall and 2-3 within the America East Conference. Kheni Briggs also played a significant role, finishing the game with 13 points after hitting 4 of 11 shots from the field, including 2 of 7 from beyond the arc, and making 3 of 4 free-throw attempts. Amir Lindsey added to the team’s success with 12 points, achieving 3 of 7 shooting from the field, with 2 of those shots coming from three-point range, and he was perfect from the free-throw line, going 4 for 4.
For the Bearcats, Tymu Chenery was the standout performer, scoring 23 points and recording 11 rebounds, showcasing his strength on both ends of the court. Nehemiah Benson contributed 10 points along with two steals and two blocks, demonstrating his defensive skills as well. Chris Walker rounded off the scoring for Binghamton with eight points and provided four assists, trying to aid his team in closing the gap.
