NEW YORK — In an exciting clash on Tuesday night, St. John’s triumphed over Georgetown with a close score of 63-58, propelled by RJ Luis Jr.’s impressive performance, where he netted 19 points.
Luis demonstrated his versatility, shooting 7 of 19 overall, including 2 of 7 from beyond the arc, and converting 3 of 6 from the free-throw line. His contributions helped the Red Storm improve to a solid 15-3 record, marking 6-1 in the Big East Conference.
Alongside him, Aaron Scott provided crucial support with 14 points, nine rebounds, and three steals, while Zuby Ejiofor chipped in with 10 points.
