HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. — The Northern Kentucky Norse secured a solid victory against the Green Bay Phoenix with a final score of 78-60 on Saturday, thanks in large part to Josh Dilling’s impressive performance, which included scoring 24 points.

Dilling also contributed significantly on the boards, grabbing eight rebounds. The Norse improved their record to 9-7 overall and 4-1 in the Horizon League. Trey Robinson also had a standout game, finishing with 17 points on a shooting line of 6-of-13 from the field, including 3-of-5 from beyond the arc. Sam Vinson played a supportive role, scoring 10 points, while also collecting five rebounds and distributing seven assists, although his shooting numbers showed some struggles as he went 3-for-11 overall and 1-for-4 from 3-point territory.

For the Phoenix, Marcus Hall led the scoring with 19 points, while Preston Ruedinger contributed 13 points along with six assists. Jeremiah Johnson chipped in with nine points. This loss marked the 12th consecutive defeat for Green Bay, bringing their record to a disappointing 2-15 overall and without a win in the conference at 0-6.

Coming up next, Northern Kentucky will look to continue their momentum as they take on Youngstown State on the road this Wednesday. Meanwhile, Green Bay is set to travel to Milwaukee for their next contest on Saturday.
