DOVER, Del. — In a dominant display on Tuesday night, Delaware State triumphed over Penn State-Wilkes Barre with a staggering score of 111-43. Kaseem Watson and Robert Smith were the standout performers for the Hornets, both contributing 19 points to the impressive victory.
