Mingo delivered a standout game with 22 points, alongside five rebounds and six assists, greatly contributing to the Thundering Herd’s triumph (now 18-12 overall, 11-6 in the Sun Belt Conference).
Obinna Anochili-Killen also made a notable contribution by scoring 18 points, going 6 of 9 from the field and 5 of 8 from the free-throw line. He added eight rebounds and grabbed three steals, further solidifying the team’s defensive and offensive efforts. Nate Martin chipped in with 12 points while maintaining accuracy, hitting 5 of his 7 shots from the field.
On the opposing side, Robert Davis Jr. was a key figure for the Monarchs (now 11-19 overall, 7-10 in conference play), leading with 23 points and two steals.
