CHICAGO — In a thrilling contest on Thursday night, Central Connecticut State emerged victorious over Chicago State with a final score of 81-75, largely thanks to Abdul Momoh’s impressive performance, where he scored 19 points.

Momoh showcased his skills by going 8 for 12 from the field and converting 3 of 4 free throws, contributing significantly to the Blue Devils’ success. His teammates also stepped up to bolster the team’s efforts; Jordan Jones contributed 18 points by shooting 6 of 9 from the floor, including making 2 of 4 attempts from beyond the arc. In addition, Jones was perfect from the free-throw line, hitting all four attempts.
