FORT COLLINS, Colo. — Nique Clifford shone brightly for Colorado State during their impressive 88-53 victory against Wyoming on Saturday, contributing 22 points to the scoreboard.
Alongside his scoring prowess, Clifford also recorded 11 rebounds and five assists, showcasing his all-around skills for the Rams, who improved their record to 16 wins and 9 losses, with a 10-4 mark in the Mountain West Conference.
Kyan Evans also made a notable contribution with 15 points, successfully completing 6 of his 13 attempts, including 3 from beyond the arc.
Jaylen Crocker-Johnson rounded out the strong performance, hitting 3 of 4 shots from the floor and converting 3 of 4 free-throw attempts to add 11 points, while also pulling down six rebounds.
On the opposing side, the Cowboys, now at 11 wins and 15 losses and 4-11 in conference play, found their top scorers in Obi Agbim and Dontaie Allen, who each finished the game with 15 points.
The Rams seized the lead early, just 19 seconds into the first half, and they maintained control throughout the game.
