    FARGO, N.D. — Jacksen Moni delivered an impressive performance, contributing 27 points in North Dakota State’s thrilling 89-84 overtime victory over Denver on Saturday evening.
    Moni also recorded six rebounds and seven assists for the Bison, who improved their record to 19-9 overall and 8-5 in the Summit League. Joining him was Jacari White, who netted 23 points, making 7 of 15 attempts from the field, including five 3-pointers out of nine tries, while also making all four of his free-throw attempts. Additionally, White contributed five rebounds and four steals to the team’s effort. Another key player for the Bison, Masen Miller, added 15 points with a shooting accuracy of 5 for 10, including five successful 3-point shots out of eight attempts.

    For the Pioneers, Sebastian Akins matched Moni’s tally with 27 points and supplied four assists, but it was not enough to clinch a win. DeAndre Craig added 17 points and two steals, while Isaiah Carr chipped in with 10 points to round out the scoring.

    Both teams are set to continue their season on Wednesday. North Dakota State will travel to face South Dakota State, while Denver will host Oral Roberts in their next matchup.
