Asher Woods made a crucial contribution by sinking a pivotal three-pointer just one second before the final buzzer, securing the victory for Tulane.

Brumbaugh also contributed significantly in other areas, grabbing six rebounds and dishing out eight assists, which played a vital role in the team’s performance. The Green Wave improve to a record of 14 wins and 11 losses, with 8 victories in the American Athletic Conference. Also notable was Gregg Glenn III, who poured in 20 points, shooting effectively throughout the game with an 8-of-15 shooting performance, though he struggled from beyond the arc, missing all four of his three-point attempts.
