In a competitive matchup on Wednesday night, the Winthrop Eagles triumphed over the Presbyterian Blue Hose with a final score of 76-67, thanks to a remarkable performance by Kelton Talford, who contributed 25 points to the victory.
Talford also made a significant impact on the boards, securing 10 rebounds. His teammate, KJ Doucet, added 12 points to the scoreboard, shooting 4 for 8 from the field and converting 4 of 6 shots from the charity stripe. Doucet also collected eight rebounds during the game.
