In Fairfield, Connecticut, the Saint Peter’s Peacocks secured a narrow 66-61 victory against the Sacred Heart Pioneers on Saturday.
Marcus Randolph played a significant role in the win, contributing 18 points and pulling down six rebounds for Saint Peter’s, which improved to a record of 7-8 overall and 2-5 in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference.
Other valuable contributions came from Mouhamed Sow, who added 12 points along with five rebounds, and Armoni Zeigler, who scored 10 points.
On the opposing side, Amiri Stewart was the standout player for the Pioneers, scoring 21 points to go along with six rebounds and two steals.
Anquan Hill also made a notable impact, adding 13 points and collecting six rebounds, while Tanner Thomas contributed with 10 points and six boards.
