COLUMBUS, Ohio — An investigation into a homicide has been initiated in Ohio after authorities discovered the bodies of three women in a residence on Saturday.

According to reports, police were summoned to a home located on the south side of Columbus shortly before 4 p.m. The call was made by a 911 caller who mentioned a medical situation. Upon arrival, officers found three deceased women who were pronounced dead at the scene, as stated by police spokesman Sgt. James Fuqua.

Sgt. Fuqua indicated that the deaths are being treated as homicides, but specific details about the events leading to the tragedy are still unknown.
