In a decisive matchup, Weber State triumphed over Pepperdine with a score of 68-53, securing the Desert Division title at the Arizona Tip-Off on Saturday evening.

Miguel Tomley was the standout performer for Weber State, contributing an impressive 28 points to the team’s overall score. He showcased remarkable shooting skills, hitting 7 of 12 field goals, including a remarkable 6 of 7 from beyond the arc, while also going a perfect 8 for 8 from the free-throw line. This victory brings Weber State’s record to 4-4 for the season. Alongside Tomley, Blaise Threatt also made a significant impact, scoring 21 points and grabbing seven rebounds.
