ALBANY, N.Y. — In an exciting matchup on Thursday evening, Rafael Pinzon powered Bryant to a robust 89-79 victory over Albany with an impressive performance, scoring 22 points.
Pinzon also contributed significantly with five assists and three steals, playing a vital role in his team’s success as they moved to a 9-9 overall record and a perfect 3-0 in the America East Conference.
Earl Timberlake complemented Pinzon’s efforts by adding 21 points, securing nine rebounds, delivering eight assists, and blocking four shots, showcasing his all-around skills on the court.
Meanwhile, Connor Withers made his mark by scoring 16 points and demonstrating accuracy with his shooting, going 4 for 7 overall, including 2 for 4 from beyond the arc, and maintaining a flawless 6 for 6 from the charity stripe.
For Albany, Kacper Klaczek stood out with a double-double, scoring 21 points and grabbing 10 rebounds, fueling his team’s offense.
