Brayon Freeman delivered an impressive performance for Bethune-Cookman, scoring 26 points in their 79-67 win against North Dakota on Tuesday evening. Freeman also contributed defensively with three steals, helping the Wildcats improve their record to 2-4 for the season.
Tre Thomas also had a significant impact on the game, putting up 17 points. He demonstrated his shooting prowess, making 4 of 12 shots, including an impressive 4 of 5 from beyond the arc, and went 5 for 6 from the free-throw line. Additionally, he secured six rebounds to aid his team’s effort. Daniel Rouzan added to the scoring as well, finishing with 10 points on 5 of 10 shooting from the field.
On the other side, the Fightin’ Hawks, now with a record of 3-3, saw their leading scorer, Treysen Eaglestaff, notch 20 points. Mier Panoam also shone for North Dakota with a strong performance, contributing 19 points to the scoreboard.
