In a commanding performance, Tarleton State triumphed over Tabor with a score of 88-57 in Stephenville, Texas, on Thursday night.
Bubu Benjamin led the Texans with an impressive tally of 17 points, shooting an outstanding 6 for 7 from the field, along with a perfect 5 for 5 from the free-throw line. Teammate Joseph Martinez matched his scoring output, also contributing 17 points, which included a shooting rate of 5 for 8 from the floor and a flawless 6 for 6 from the charity stripe. Caleb Evans added to the team’s success with 13 points, shooting 60% from the field with a record of 6 out of 10.
On the other side of the court, both Kalep Crane and James Shoenfelt stood out for Tabor, each finishing the game with 18 points.
