LONDON — Paris Saint-Germain’s forward, Ousmane Dembele, showed little concern after picking up a slight injury during the team’s 1-0 victory against Arsenal in the Champions League semifinals on Tuesday.

Dembele made an early impact by scoring in just the fourth minute of the match. However, he was substituted in the 70th minute after appearing to suffer a hamstring issue.

PSG’s coach, Luis Enrique, reassured fans by stating the injury was minor and “nothing serious.” Both the coach and Dembele seemed to downplay the severity of the situation. As reported by the French newspaper L’Equipe, Dembele himself remarked, “I felt a little something, but it’s OK,” before he departed the stadium to board the team bus.

In light of the injury, Luis Enrique confirmed that Dembele would have further evaluations on Wednesday.

Looking ahead, PSG is prepared to face Arsenal once again at home for the return leg on May 7, where they hope Dembele will be fit to play.
