The Musketeers improved their record to 21-10 overall and 13-7 in the Big East Conference. Freemantle not only excelled in scoring but also contributed eight rebounds to his team’s success.
Ryan Conwell made significant contributions as well, racking up 21 points and five assists. Jerome Hunter added 12 points, demonstrating his efficiency by hitting 4-of-6 shots from the field and scoring a perfect 3-of-3 from the free-throw line. This win marks the seventh consecutive triumph for the Musketeers, highlighting their impressive form.
On the opposing side, the Friars (12-19, 6-14) were led by a stellar performance from Bensley Joseph, who netted 27 points and recorded two steals. Ryan Mela supported the effort with 12 points, seven rebounds, and four assists, while Oswin Erhunmwunse provided eight points and grabbed six rebounds.
