TNT Sports is set to broadcast 24 out of the 63 matches of the Club World Cup on its channels, including TNT, TBS, and truTV, following a partnership with streaming service DAZN, which was announced recently. DAZN acquired global broadcasting rights from FIFA in a previous agreement reached last December. TNT Sports is part of the Warner Bros. Discovery umbrella.

The upcoming Club World Cup has been expanded to feature 32 teams and will take place on American soil from June 14 to July 13. In planning for the tournament, FIFA decided that clubs will take precedence over national teams when it comes to player availability. This decision coincides with the scheduling of the CONCACAF Gold Cup, which will occur concurrently from June 14 to July 6.

Warner Bros. Discovery is currently in its third year of an ongoing eight-year contract with the U.S. Soccer Federation. This agreement grants Warner Bros. Discovery the broadcasting rights in the United States for matches involving the U.S. men’s, women’s, and youth national teams under the jurisdiction of the USSF.
