    Prophet Johnson delivered an outstanding performance with 20 points to guide Fairfield to a 69-62 victory over Mount St. Mary’s on Friday. His contribution wasn’t just limited to scoring, as he also managed to secure five rebounds, provide five assists, and make four steals for the Stags, enhancing their overall record to 11 wins and 17 losses, with a conference record of 7-10 in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference.

    Kyle Jenkins contributed significantly with 14 points, achieving a shooting record of 5 out of 9 attempts, three of which were successful three-pointers from six attempts. Meanwhile, Jamie Bergens also had a strong showing, scoring 13 points by making 5 out of 10 shots, with two successful three-point shots out of five.

    In contrast, the Mountaineers were led by Dallas Hobbs, who scored 15 points for Mount St. Mary’s, which now stands at a record of 17 wins and 11 losses, and a 10-7 record in the conference.
