Javontae Campbell was the standout player, scoring 25 points while contributing five rebounds, seven assists, and five steals for the Falcons. This win improves their overall record to 12-16, with a Mid-American Conference tally of 6-9.
Supporting Campbell was DaJion Humphrey, who added 14 points, making 5 of 7 shots, including a flawless 4 for 4 from beyond the arc. Derrick Butler also made his mark with 11 points, hitting 4 out of 9 shots from the field and converting 3 of 8 from three-point territory, although he missed all three of his free-throw attempts.
