Wooley scores 21 as Kennesaw State defeats UTEP 83-73

KENNESAW, Ga. — In an exciting matchup on Thursday night, Kennesaw State emerged victorious over UTEP with a score of 83-73, bolstered by a stellar performance from Adrian Wooley, who scored 21 points.
Wooley contributed significantly beyond scoring, securing five rebounds and handing out seven assists for the Owls, who now hold a record of 16 wins and 11 losses, along with an 8-6 standing in Conference USA.
Supporting Wooley’s efforts, Braedan Lue delivered an impressive performance, tallying 18 points by shooting 7 of 11 from the field, including four of seven from beyond the arc. Lue also recorded six rebounds and three blocks, solidifying his role in the team’s success.
Meanwhile, Frankquon Sherman added to the scoring with 13 points, shooting 2 of 4 overall and managing to sink 8 of 10 free throws.
