BURLINGTON, Vt. — In a gripping matchup on Thursday evening, the Vermont Catamounts triumphed over the Bryant Bulldogs with a final score of 59-55, thanks in part to a stellar performance by TJ Hurley, who contributed 17 points to the team’s victory.

Hurley showcased his shooting skills, landing 7 out of 19 attempts from the floor, including a couple of successful three-pointers from a total of six attempts. His performance was complemented by teammate Ileri Ayo-Faleye, who delivered an impressive 15 points while shooting 6 for 9 overall, with a commendable 2 for 3 from beyond the arc. Ayo-Faleye also added to the defensive effort with three blocked shots. Shamir Bogues rounded out the scoring for Vermont with 11 points on 5 of 11 shooting.
