GREENSBORO, N.C. — In a thrilling matchup on Thursday night, Jahnathan Lamothe led the way for N.C. A&T with an impressive 25 points, while Bryson Ogletree clinched the win with a crucial layup in the final 34 seconds, resulting in a narrow victory over Campbell with a score of 53-50.

In addition to his scoring, Lamothe grabbed seven rebounds, showcasing his strong performance on both ends of the court. The Aggies improved to a 6-22 record overall, with a 2-13 mark in the Coastal Athletic Association. Camian Shell contributed significantly with 10 points, shooting 4 of 7 from the field, and he also notched three steals. Efstratios Kalliontzis added six points, completing 2 of 5 shots from the field and hitting 2 of 3 from the free-throw line.

On the opposing side, the Fighting Camels, now with a record of 15-13 and 10-5 in conference play, were powered by Colby Duggan, who scored 18 points. Tasos Cook played a pivotal role as well, producing 12 points alongside eight rebounds, while Caleb Zurliene chipped in with nine points and seven boards.

The first half saw Lamothe score seven points, but N.C. A&T entered halftime trailing 25-18. The second half was a different story as Lamothe dominated with a team-high 18 points, helping the Aggies outscore Campbell by 10 points in that period.

Both teams are set to return to action on Saturday, with N.C. A&T scheduled to host Stony Brook, and Campbell preparing for a home game against Towson.
