In a closely contested matchup on Thursday night, the Wagner Seahawks triumphed over the Stonehill Skyhawks with a final score of 63-57.
Leading the charge for Wagner was Zae Blake, who showcased his skills by scoring 17 points.
He had an impressive shooting performance, converting 7 of his 9 attempts, including 3 out of 4 from beyond the arc.
R.J. Greene contributed significantly with 15 points along with six rebounds, while Javier Ezquerra Trelles added 12 points on a solid 4 of 6 shooting.
On the other side, Stonehill’s efforts were spearheaded by Ethan Meuser, who led his team with 14 points and also made his presence felt defensively with three blocks.
Todd Brogna had a noteworthy game too, finishing with 10 points and accumulating 12 rebounds, helping the Skyhawks maintain competitive energy throughout the game.
