On the other side, Jason Drake led the scoring for the Dragons with 21 points and also provided five assists. Yame Butler contributed 17 points along with six rebounds, while Kobe Magee recorded a solid 16 points and 10 rebounds, but it wasn’t enough to secure the win for Drexel, who are now sitting at 13 wins and 12 losses overall, with a 5-7 record in conference play.

In the first half, McGriff stood out by scoring 12 points, helping UNC Wilmington hold a slight edge with a 32-29 lead at halftime.
