In a decisive matchup on Saturday, the Delaware Fightin’ Blue Hens overcame the William & Mary Tribe with a 74-64 victory, thanks in large part to the performance of Cavan Reilly, who contributed 18 points to the win.

Reilly displayed an efficient shooting game, making 6 of his 12 attempts from the floor, including 2 out of 6 from beyond the arc, and sinking 4 of 5 free throw attempts. Joining him in the scoring effort was John Camden, who scored 17 points, shooting 6 of 16 overall, with 3 successful 3-point attempts, and secured eight rebounds. Trent Middleton also made his mark, finishing with 15 points on 5 of 8 shooting while making all four of his free throw attempts. This victory marked an important turnaround for the Blue Hens as they ended a five-game losing streak.

On the other side, the Tribe was led by Gabe Dorsey, who managed to put up 19 points. Chase Lowe contributed additional support with 12 points, seven rebounds, and three steals, while Kyle Pulliam added 10 points to the total effort for William & Mary.

Delaware established their dominance early in the game, heading into halftime with a 43-30 lead.
