— In a decisive showing, Georgia Southern triumphed over Western Michigan with a score of 83-57 on Saturday, propelled by 15 points from Bradley Douglas, who came off the bench.
Douglas also contributed seven assists, bolstering his team’s efforts as the Eagles improved to 13 wins and 12 losses overall, with a Sun Belt Conference record of 5-7.
Tyson Brown supported the Eagles with 13 points, demonstrating impressive shooting skills by connecting on 6 of 7 attempts from the field, though he struggled at the free-throw line with just one successful shot out of seven.
Adante’ Holiman added to the score, finishing with 12 points while making four of his eleven attempts, including four out of ten from three-point range.
For the Broncos, Chansey Willis Jr. concluded the game with 13 points and six assists, highlighting his playmaking ability even in the loss.
Western Michigan also saw contributions of 13 points from Javaughn Hannah, while Markhi Strickland added ten points and collected two steals.
