TULSA, Okla. — In a strong performance, Baba Miller led Florida Atlantic to a decisive 79-55 victory over Tulsa on Saturday, contributing 17 points to the team’s cause.

Miller also showcased his versatility by securing 10 rebounds and distributing five assists, helping the Owls improve to a record of 13 wins and 10 losses, alongside a 6-4 standing in the American Athletic Conference. Kaleb Glenn provided an additional boost with 11 points from the floor, hitting 4 of 9 attempts, including one successful three-pointer out of four tries, and he grabbed seven rebounds.

Meanwhile, Matas Vokietaitis had an excellent day shooting, going 5 for 5 and racking up 11 points while also obtaining six rebounds.

On the opposing side, Tyshawn Archie led the Golden Hurricane with 11 points while teammates Dwon Odom and Braeden Carrington each chipped in with 10 points apiece, but their efforts were not enough to secure a victory, leaving Tulsa with a 9-15 overall record and 3-8 in conference play.

Florida Atlantic seized the game early when they took the lead at 15:53 into the first half and maintained control throughout the remainder of the match.

Looking ahead, Florida Atlantic is set to take on Charlotte at home on Monday, while Tulsa prepares for a matchup against Temple on Wednesday.
