Bailey nets 24 points in Davidson’s 71-60 win over Richmond

DAVIDSON, N.C. — On Saturday, Reed Bailey led the way for the Davidson Wildcats with an impressive performance, scoring 24 points in their 71-60 victory over Richmond.
Bailey also contributed significantly on the boards, grabbing eight rebounds, and he facilitated plays with five assists, helping his team improve to a record of 14-9 and 4-6 in the Atlantic 10 Conference.

Mike Loughnane also made notable contributions, putting up 15 points with a shooting accuracy of 50%, including making four out of seven three-point attempts.
Meanwhile, Bobby Durkin added 12 points to the scoreboard, shooting four for seven from the floor, two of which were from long-range.

For the Spiders, Mikkel Tyne was the standout scorer, finishing the game with 13 points.
Dusan Neskovic supported the team with 12 points, while Mike Walz added nine points to the total.

In the first half of the game, Durkin scored eight points, but the Wildcats went into the halftime break trailing 36-32.
Dominic showcased his scoring ability in the second half, where he netted 17 points, propelling Davidson to secure an 11-point win.

Looking ahead, Davidson will be on the road next Wednesday to face UMass, while Richmond prepares to host Loyola Chicago on Tuesday.
