JERSEY CITY, N.J. — On Sunday, Mount St. Mary’s secured a solid victory over Saint Peter’s with a score of 79-64, powered by Dallas Hobbs’ impressive performance of 22 points.
Hobbs went 5 for 13 from the field while managing to sink 2 out of 6 attempts from beyond the arc. He was particularly effective at the free-throw line, converting 10 of his 11 shots. This win improves the Mountaineers’ record to 13-9 overall and 6-5 in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference.
Additionally, Jedy Cordilia made significant contributions to the outcome, scoring 18 points from 9 of 13 shooting. He also recorded eight rebounds and blocked four shots, showcasing his all-around abilities on the court. Dola Adebayo rounded out the strong performance by scoring 14 points, having shot 4 for 6 from the field and successfully making all six of his free throws.
