North Florida edges out Jacksonville with a score of 81-78

In a thrilling match on Saturday evening, North Florida emerged victorious with an 81-78 win over Jacksonville. Liam Murphy was a standout performer for the Ospreys, contributing 18 points to the team’s success. He achieved this by making 7 of 18 attempts from the field, including 4 of 12 from beyond the arc.


Kamrin Oriol supported the effort with 14 points, showing impressive precision by shooting 5 for 10 overall and hitting 4 of his 8 three-point attempts. Jasai Miles also played a key role, scoring 13 points on 3 for 9 shooting, including 3 for 7 from three-point range, while also securing 10 rebounds. This combination of scoring and rebounding was crucial for the Ospreys as they improved their record to 12 wins and 11 losses overall and 5 wins against 5 losses in the Atlantic Sun Conference.


On the opposite side, Robert McCray shone brightly for the Dolphins, leading his team with an impressive 26 points along with eight rebounds, six assists, and two steals.
