The Anteaters had strong support from Justin Hohn and Myles Che, who both contributed significantly, scoring 17 points each. This impressive performance helped UC Irvine improve their record to 20 wins and 3 losses overall, and 10 wins to just 1 loss in the Big West Conference.

On the other side, Ty Johnson was the standout for the Aggies, leading his team with 21 points, along with six rebounds and five assists.
