HUNTSVILLE, Texas — In a competitive matchup on Saturday, Lamar secured a narrow victory against SFA with a final score of 67-62. Ja’Sean Jackson played a significant role in the game, contributing 12 points and also dishing out five assists for the Cardinals, who now hold a record of 13 wins and 9 losses, with 8 wins and 3 losses in the Southland Conference.
Adam Hamilton was another key contributor, finishing with 11 points after making 5 of 9 attempts from the field. He also made his mark on the boards with six rebounds and collected three steals. Danquez Dawsey added depth to the offense, shooting 4 for 7 overall and hitting two 3-pointers to finish the game with 10 points.
