DENTON, Texas — In an impressive performance off the bench, Brenen Lorient propelled North Texas to a 76-67 win over Temple on Wednesday evening.

Lorient’s contributions were vital, as he not only scored 20 points but also recorded 13 rebounds and blocked five shots for the Mean Green, bringing their record to 14-4 overall and 5-1 in the American Athletic Conference. Additionally, Johnathan Massie made a significant impact with 13 points and seven rebounds, while both Jasper Floyd and Moulaye Sissoko contributed 12 points each to the team’s success.

On the other side, Quante Berry was the standout for the Owls, finishing the game with an impressive 24 points. His efforts were complemented by Zion Stanford, who scored 17 points and grabbed six rebounds. Jamal Mashburn Jr. also made his mark on the game with 16 points.
