JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. — In an impressive display of skill, Jaden Seymour put on a stellar performance scoring a personal best of 34 points, guiding East Tennessee State to a commanding 85-58 win over Western Carolina on Wednesday evening.

In addition to his scoring prowess, Seymour contributed significantly to the team’s effort by securing 13 rebounds for the Buccaneers, who hold a record of 12-8 overall and 5-2 in the Southern Conference. Quimari Peterson also made notable contributions, chipping in 13 points and recording three steals. Gabe Sisk was another key player for East Tennessee State, adding 11 points to the scoreboard.

On the other side of the court, Western Carolina struggled throughout the game, with Bernard Pelote leading their scoring efforts by netting 21 points. Cord Stansberry also played a role in the Catamounts’ attack, contributing 14 points.
